YSA’s role is to facilitate healing, promote positive change and enlist community linkages case by case – enhancing education, spirituality, wellness, cultural awareness and skill competence. Youth are intrinsically valuable. Our goal is to seek, respect and nurture this innate value.  To give holistic service -- that is family-centered with emphasis on youth/parent responsibility.  Focus on prevention and early intervention of troubled behavior, encouraging self-examination as the cornerstone of personal growth and healthy adulthood..
