We are fulfilling a promise to continue Kwame’s
work of consciousness-building and organizing within the former civil rights
network. To do this, we will be setting aside the morning to begin
the long overdue process of re-acquainting and re-communicating with each
other.

We are using the occasion to retire the remaining
hospital, funeral and transportation debt incurred for Kwame’s medical
and personal care. We will need to raise $35,000 in additional funds to
cover the remaining expenses. Then the Kwame Ture Medical Fund will be
closed permanently.
