Reston, Va. - AutoNetwork webcast Mike Dale, president of Jaguar Motor Cars, announcement of his first African American dealer at the NAMAD (National Association of Minority Dealers) annual meeting in Houston, Texas. David Stephens, a Lincoln/Mercury dealer, will open his Jaguar franchise in Plano, Texas later this year.
AutoNetwork recently launched the Automotive Industry Channel, a subscription service, to webcast such events. The Automotive Industry Channel is designed to be carried on the website of auto dealers, financial institutions, newspapers, and radio & TV.
The NAMAD annual meeting also featured auto manufacturers outlining there diversity marketing programs and conducting preliminary interviews of minority dealers for additional franchises and James Cole, General Counsel Republic Industries, the keynote speaker for lunch.
