The 3rd Black Entrepreneurial Business Expo will take place on August 22, 1998, at the Oxon Hill Ramada Inn, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

This is not a show, it is hands-on participation in revolutionary ideas, tactics and survival strategies for Black Businesses in the 21st century. Also enter to win one of our great door prizes that will be giving out during the expo.

The participants will include owners, executives and managers from many exciting industries including, banking, Internet, telecommunications, home improvement, marketing, graphic design, health care, insurance, business systems, technology, and more.

Expo Highlights

Celebrity Keynotes
A brief program will kick-off the day’s activities, featuring radio personality and social commentator, Joe Madison, the “Black Eagle”, renown author and lecturer, Tony Browder, and national N.O.B.L.E. president and community activist Curtis Gatewood. The event is expected to attract politicians and a host of community leaders.

Exciting Exhibitions
The Black Entrepreneurial Business Expo will host approximately 50 African-American businesses with representation from practically all aspects of the business spectrum including, computers and technology, advertising, communications, contracting, finance, travel, health and beauty, professional service providers, art, public relations, marketing, interior design, and many others. Most of the businesses will give you FREE information and literature on the spot that will assist you in future business decisions.

On-Site Seminars
The Black Entrepreneurial Business Expo has added a series of workshops on various topics pertinent to the Black Business community as well as Black consumers. These workshops will run concurrently in two conference rooms throughout the course of the day, and will be conducted by representatives from successfully managed businesses on such topics as banking, internet, marketing, graphic design, home improvement, real estate investment, health, telecommunications and other issues of importance to businesses in general and African-American businesses in particular.
